Terms and conditions for cancellations
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 60 days before the day of arrival, 7 days before the day of arrival we charge 80% of the total overnight price. No-shows will be charged with the total amount.

Terms and conditions of the accommodation agreement
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed (verbally, by telephone, in writing, by mail or fax) or, if a confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, made available.
This accommodation agreement binds the contracting parties to fulfillment of the terms and conditions nonchalant of the duration of this agreement.
The intermediary (hotelier) is committed to full compensation in case of any failure to provide full services.
If contractual services are not claimed, the guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price less the expenses saved by the landlord. Based on experience these savings are about 10% of the overnight price.
The hotel is bound to act in good faith and to let the unused room otherwise, if possible, in order to avoid financial losses.
The guest is committed to pay the amount calculated under clause 4 for the duration of the reservation until the room is re-let.
After the confirmation by the host, a booking binds all contracting parties to the accommodation agreement.
If a guest should not be able to make use of the confirmed booking-for any reason whatsoever- he/she is obliged to pay compensation to the host in case of any financial losses. This is also valid, if the reason for unconfirmed non-arrival is inevitable, e.g. due to illness, an accident or other unforeseen incidents.
In order to be protected from potential risks, we recommend a travel insurance from a provider of your choice.
